The Sales Associate builds deep, long lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty. Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Attend product knowledge and vendor educational sessions
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price changes
- Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and privacy policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong collaboration and team orientation
- Ability to use social media to build a personal brand and client base
- Skilled with multiple technology channels for client engagement
- Broad product knowledge across store merchandise categories
- Proactive in staying informed on new merchandise to maximize selling potential
