The Sales Associate develops deep long lasting relationships with customers to increase sales service and loyalty. This commission based role focuses on delivering extraordinary service exceeding sales and service targets while supporting merchandising and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service consistently
- Achieve and exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Acquire new customers develop and retain a loyal personal client base
- Attend product knowledge vendor and company training sessions
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising and price changes
- Communicate with personal clients via phone mail and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate to selling management as needed
- Comply with health safety privacy and cyber security policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
- Demonstrated consistent sales performance meeting and exceeding quotas
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Collaborative team oriented working style
- Ability to use social media to promote personal brand and drive sales
- Skilled with multiple technology channels for client acquisition and retention
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends
- Broad product knowledge across all store merchandise categories
