Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated customer empathy and commitment to client excellence
