Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the La Cantera store through clienteling, product knowledge, and contributing to store operations. Role focuses on driving sales, meeting commercial KPIs, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. Works collaboratively with colleagues and management while supporting merchandising and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Build sales through styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge
• Engage in clienteling including capturing client data and regular follow up
• Demonstrate brand knowledge and communicate Brand DNA
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and retail operational procedures
• Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service
