Summary

Part-time Sales Associate on the men's floor at a shopping center location. Provides excellent customer service to drive sales and build client relationships. Works a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess needs and recommend merchandise.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive selling.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards on the sales floor.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and handling merchandise.
