Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide personalized styling recommendations, and drive sales conversion.
• Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on client requests, and support clienteling activities.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and floor sets; assist with restocking, markdowns, and inventory organization.
• Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, exchanges, and returns while adhering to store policies.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and seasonal sales targets and support special events as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; stylistic knowledge of menswear is a plus.
