Sales Associate in the Men’s department responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and driving sales on the retail floor in Sherman Oaks. Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers in the Men’s department.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and conversion goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain clienteling records and follow up with customers to drive repeat business.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred, preferably in apparel or luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
