Sales Associate

Summary

Hiring event for multiple in-store sales and support positions across apparel, shoes, and accessories. Candidates will be interviewed on-site with potential for on-the-spot offers and roles focused on customer service and sales in a department store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized service.
• Operate point of sale and process transactions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels.
• Support fitting room and returns processing as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
• Participate in hiring event interview process when applicable.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout a retail environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-site interviews and provide documentation for employment.
