The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds strong client relationships, and achieves sales targets while maintaining product knowledge and brand standards in a luxury eyewear boutique.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge and attend trainings.
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless customer experience online and in-store.
- Adhere to brand policies procedures and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system and luxury sales preferred.
