Part time Sales Associate responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences at the Ontario Mills store. Role includes clienteling, styling guidance, product knowledge, and supporting store operations to achieve individual and store KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an inviting guest ready environment and elevated client experience
- Deliver styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge to build sales
- Engage in clienteling and capture client data to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Maintain organization of sales floor and stockroom
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek feedback and support a learning attitude
- Adhere to company policies and retail procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Ability to operate POS and navigate Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer focused with empathy and a service orientation
