Sales Associate

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, helping drive store performance and support brand standards. This in-store role focuses on styling, customer connection, and contributing to sales goals while maintaining visual and operational standards. The position is entry-level and provides opportunities for development into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support team sales objectives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Support operational tasks including opening/closing duties, floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and maintaining visual standards.
• Participate in company trainings and communicate product and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate the register and perform sales floor and back-of-house tasks; stand and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
