Sales Associate

Summary

Join the store team as a Sales Associate delivering a personalized, customer first shopping experience that drives sales and fosters long term client relationships. Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance by engaging customers and using key selling tools
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Engage clients through outreach and community initiatives to broaden the customer base
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes, and digital catalogs
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, provide feedback to management on opportunities, and champion brand values

Requirements

• Retail experience or similar high volume specialty environment preferred
• Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel
• Planning, prioritization and time management skills with a team oriented mindset
