• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by focusing on customer needs.

• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
