Drive sales through in-store and digital channels by delivering personalized styling and customer service. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
• Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Fill orders and assist with light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by week
