Summary

Provide attentive, personalized sales service on the Home floor, helping customers select furniture, decor, and housewares. Maintain visual standards and product knowledge to drive sales and deliver an elevated shopping experience. Work part-time hours on the sales floor and collaborate with the store team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, assess needs, and recommend Home merchandise.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and follow up.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock displays, and ensure floor presentation.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and complete point of sale operations accurately.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or related customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and comfort using point of sale systems.
