Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in the sunwear, watches, and luggage departments at the Beverly Center location. Works on the sales floor to assist customers, maintain product presentation, and support merchandising and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual performance targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is neatly presented and stocked.
• Operate POS, process transactions, returns, and assist with inventory replenishment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, preferably in accessories, watches, or luggage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
