Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an exceptional and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
- Offer styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge to build sales
- Capture and cultivate client data and relationships
- Initiate follow up on sales events and client inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude
- Adhere to company policies and retail procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or a customer service role
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Comfortable operating a POS and using Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Creative and collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for client service
