Sales Associate - Vancouver Outlet

Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Associate delivers an exceptional client experience and drives sales at the Vancouver outlet. The role focuses on clienteling, meeting sales targets, and supporting store operations and events. Associates are expected to represent the brand through the Retail Excellence Program and maintain long term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and KPIs (UPT, ATV).
• Capture client data and develop genuine client relationships through follow up and after sales service.
• Open and close consignments; process returns and exchanges.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on fit and product care.
• Support team initiatives, contests, and in-store events to drive business.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management and operate the POS system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques.
• Computer skills including retail POS, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, multitask, and balance daily responsibilities.
• Positive, outgoing, high energy, entrepreneurial and sales focused personality.
