Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate in Oakridge will build and maintain client relationships to drive sales while upholding store image and operational standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role focuses on delivering the elevated Versace customer experience, supporting events and CRM initiatives, and contributing to business development. The associate will also assist with visual merchandising and backroom operations to ensure smooth store functioning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to achieve sales targets and maximize opportunities across categories
• Provide elevated customer service, act as a brand ambassador, and build relationships with new and VIP clients
• Capture and manage customer data and participate in organizing in-store and promotional events
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained and assist with VM set-up
• Manage stock and backroom operations including receiving, transfers, stock takes, and reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Proficient with retail sales systems, Word, Excel, and email
• Strong selling skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, and a client-focused mindset
• Entrepreneurial attitude, high energy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
