Responsibilities

• Maintain floor presentation, restock merchandise, and execute visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues on inventory tasks, fitting assistance, and customer service issues.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of retail or footwear sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist customers with fittings; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
