Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming client experience
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Engage in clienteling by capturing client data and cultivating relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and retail operational procedures
• Continuously seek feedback and development to improve performance

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service role
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Ability to operate POS and navigate Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated customer focused attitude with empathy and service orientation
