Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an inviting and guest ready sales floor where clients feel welcomed
• Offer styling expertise, seasonal trend guidance, and product knowledge to build sales
• Engage in clienteling by capturing client data and cultivating relationships
• Initiate regular follow up on sales, events, and client inquiries
• Collaborate openly with colleagues and management to foster teamwork
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
