Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service consistently
- Meet and exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Acquire new customers and develop and retain a loyal personal client base
- Attend product knowledge and vendor training sessions
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients by phone, mail, and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate to selling management as needed
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
- Proven consistent sales performance achieving and exceeding quotas
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong product knowledge across store merchandise categories
- Ability to build and leverage a personal brand and social media for client acquisition
- Skilled at using multiple technology channels to engage clients
- Proactive outreach to clients with curated merchandise selections
- Understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
