Summary

Provide personalized sales and customer service on the sales floor in the Young World children's department. Assist customers with product selection, maintain merchandising standards, and support transactions at the point of sale. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, recommend products, and close sales.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards for the Young World area.
• Operate cash register, process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, restocking merchandise, and inventory activities.
• Support loss prevention efforts and participate in floor moves and promotions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting related to merchandise tasks.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduling requires.
