Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Executive at Pomellato Bal Harbour, you will serve as a brand representative, offering luxury customer service and driving retail sales in our Bal Harbour location. You will be responsible for achieving personal and store sales goals, maintaining high standards, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Drive retail sales by selling merchandise and meeting sales goals.
  • Provide a friendly environment with outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
  • Complete sales transactions accurately and maintain cash accountabilities.
  • Build and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and store housekeeping.
  • Coordinate merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
  • Process and replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Report any theft or suspected theft immediately.
Requirements
  • Self-sufficient and proactive attitude.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building relationships.
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
