Sales Manager - Aventura

As a Sales Manager at Montblanc Aventura, you will co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of the retail boutique, fostering the growth and development of the sales team. You will report directly to the District Manager and play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a luxury client experience.

• Plan and direct the day-to-day sales operations of the boutique.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
• Build and develop a strong sales team to deliver consistent luxury client experiences.
• Implement and execute sales initiatives.
• Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
• Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy with the District Manager.
• Participate in the annual review process.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail sales.
• Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
• Excellent understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods market.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relations within the company.
• Highly creative and an out-of-the-box thinker.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM systems, and Outlook.
