Responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence. The Sales Manager supports strategic boutique goals while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute action plans to drive sales and deepen client engagement.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure operational compliance.
- Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Leverage CRM for appointment selling client acquisition and data enrichment.
- Mentor staff on product knowledge best practices and sales techniques.
- Handle escalated client issues with Store Leadership and Client Services.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with women's and men's ready to wear products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership and results driven capabilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to use CRM and drive clienteling activities.
