Sales Manager - Scottsdale

Summary

The Sales Manager will lead the Scottsdale boutique to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences while upholding Dolce & Gabbana brand standards. This role focuses on team leadership, client development, and operational excellence across daily store functions. The Manager will drive boutique KPIs and mentor staff to maintain high performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the boutique team to achieve individual and store sales goals and KPIs (appointments, conversion, UPT, repurchase rate, data enrichment).
• Develop and execute strategic action plans to deepen client engagement and support client acquisition using CRM and appointment selling.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, and daily operational compliance.
• Partner with Store Leadership on product training, team development, employee relations, and operational initiatives.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution with Operations.
• Ensure boutique standards for visual merchandising and elevated client service are consistently maintained.
• Manage and resolve escalated client issues in coordination with Client Services and Operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience selling Women's and Men's ready-to-wear.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
