Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager will lead the Scottsdale boutique, responsible for driving sales, maintaining the brand image, and overseeing all store operations. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, controlling expenses, and ensuring exceptional client service while upholding Dolce & Gabbana standards. The manager will develop and coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and maintain overall store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and manage store expenses to meet financial targets.
• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, and store presentation.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop store staff; prepare personnel development plans and conduct regular meetings.
• Ensure adequate scheduling and coverage, and monitor client service standards and client development activities.
• Manage stock replenishment, purchases, and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
• Proven problem-solving ability and capacity to assess priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
