Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Van Cleef & Arpels in Costa Mesa, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the boutique's operations. Your primary focus will be on building sales, leading the sales team, and ensuring a high quality of service that aligns with the brand's values.

• Collaborate with the Boutique Director to support and lead the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement client development strategies with new and existing clients.
• Guide the team in achieving performance goals through feedback and coaching.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team and crafting strategies for client attraction and retention.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
• Assist the Boutique Director in maintaining high operational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience and ability to lead teams.
• Strong selling and closing skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Comfortable with travel and strong networking abilities.
• Fluency in a relevant foreign language preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
