Summary
Lead and manage a high performing showroom sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve floor and showroom business objectives. Plan and execute business strategies, control costs within budget, and act as the communication link between sales, operations, and clients while maintaining the showroom professional image.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales executives to achieve floor sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage performance, provide feedback, and support recruitment and retention.
- Oversee discounts, costs, tills, and ensure operating procedures are maintained.
- Participate in complex sales requiring negotiation and problem solving.
- Organize daily and weekly tasks, delegate duties, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Provide showroom coverage and deliver exceptional client service.
- Run and participate in training, meetings, VM changes, and complete e learning requirements.
- Perform showroom opening and closing procedures and handle client repairs and timepiece sizing.
- Undertake business related travel and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Retail management experience, ideally within a luxury environment.
- Jewelry or timepiece product knowledge.
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills with proven sales achievements.
- Proven track record of management and team motivation.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and manage operating costs.
- Numerate with ability to analyze sales performance and competitor activity.
- Leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills for high performing teams.
- IT literate with proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Comfort working in a fast paced, high volume location with high price points.
