Summary
Lead regional sales efforts for the West Coast and contract projects while based in the New York corporate office. Drive growth across showrooms, agents, and contract initiatives in the United States and Canada through strategic planning, relationship building, and sales leadership. Coordinate cross functional activities including training, visual merchandising, events, budgeting, and reporting to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Oversee performance and growth of showrooms and agents within the territory and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and support showroom presentations during key brand moments and collection launches.
- Develop and execute regional strategies and action plans to engage agents, showrooms, and clients.
- Lead and expand contract project initiatives across the United States and Canada with operations support.
- Negotiate with agents to enhance visibility and revenue and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales reports analyzing KPIs and performance trends.
- Train and inspire agents sales teams and distribute commercial tools and samples to partners.
- Support rollout of new collections, review visual merchandising, and coordinate regional events and activations.
- Manage regional budgets, travel planning, and monitor spend versus ROI.
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience minimum in multi account management, trade, or field roles.
- Background in interior design or high end home sector preferred.
- Proven commercial acumen with strong networking and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze industry trends and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities and strong relationship building skills.
- Highly organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and technological proficiency.
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly, approximately 50% of the time.
