Summary

The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds client relationships, demonstrates product and styling knowledge, and works to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and memorable in-store experiences.
• Build client relationships through ongoing correspondence, networking, and virtual selling.
• Drive sales across Ralph Lauren product categories and support product launches and company initiatives.
• Maintain product knowledge, professional presentation, and awareness of industry trends.
• Assist with inventory, special events, projects, and opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Positive, proactive approach and genuine interest in working with people and the brand.
• Computer skills preferred; proficiency in English required, with additional languages considered an asset.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, move around the sales floor, and lift up to 30 pounds.
