Summary
Full time Sales Stock Support Associate responsible for engaging clients, delivering excellent customer service, and managing stockroom operations including receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor at the Tribeca location.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients to provide a high level of customer service
- Provide basic product and brand information to customers
- Process transactions using the point of sale system
- Receive and unpack incoming merchandise
- Prepare and organize merchandise for the sales floor
- Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and inventory controls
- Execute directives from the store manager and corporate office
- Support sales floor staff with replenishment and merchandising tasks
- Assist with loss prevention and proper handling of high end goods
Requirements
- Prior retail or boutique experience preferred, particularly with high end goods
- Customer service experience and ability to interact professionally with clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic transaction processing
- Ability to perform stockroom duties including lifting and organizing merchandise
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional presentation and brand appropriate demeanor
- Motivated, reliable, and able to follow managerial directions
