Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Supervisor Keyholder at Ralph Lauren in Nantucket, you will play a crucial role in achieving individual sales goals and delivering a memorable shopping experience. You will support the management team in exceeding customer expectations and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Perform opening and closing procedures of the store, including managing registers and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Support management with daily tasks and uphold customer service and training standards.
  • Communicate training needs to management and assist in checking Task Tracker and Retailweb for updates.
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales volume objectives and formulate action plans to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain knowledge of Polo’s product and visual presentation standards.
  • Participate in merchandising activities, including stock maintenance and floor changeovers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established guidelines.
Requirements
  • 2 - 4 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury retail market.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
