Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting back-of-house store operations during the holiday period, including stock, fulfillment and visual merchandising. Role involves order fulfillment, stock replenishment and assembling holiday displays to maintain luxury store standards. Availability for varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and potential overnight shifts during peak sales is required. This is a seasonal position focused on delivering excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter store transfers meeting company packaging standards
• Read orders locate product and prepare shipments
• Replenish sales floor and maintain merchandising standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with sales floor presentation
• Assemble holiday shop fixtures place signage props and displays per standards
• Rotate stock and re work presentations as merchandise sells down
• Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
• Perform other duties as assigned supporting store operations

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and demonstrate teamwork
• Ability to stand for periods move between store and back office areas
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs use a ladder and move display items as required
• Availability for a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings weekends
• Availability between October 20 and January 10 for the seasonal period
• Willingness to volunteer for overnight shifts during peak sales week if available
