Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting stock, fulfillment, and visual merchandising during the holiday season. Role involves working behind the scenes to fulfill online orders, replenish product on the sales floor, and assemble displays while maintaining luxury presentation standards. Hours vary up to 0-39 per week with shift flexibility required including weekends and possible overnight shifts during peak events.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers accurately and to brand standards
• Locate product and package items for shipment
• Replenish sales floor merchandise to maintain presentation standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with stockroom organization
• Assemble holiday fixtures and install signage and props
• Rework displays and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
• Move display items and use ladders as required
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for periods and move between sales floor and back office
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Availability for the holiday period (approximately October 20 to January 10)
