Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate provides front of house sales and giftwrapping support during the holiday season, delivering elevated customer service and assisting store teams with various tasks. Roles may be full or part time and include sales and gift wrapping positions with on the job training. Availability is required for varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends from late October through December.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs within assigned areas of the store
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to create elevated shopping experiences
• Refer customers to specialized colleagues for additional support when needed
• Perform gift wrapping duties to company standards and maintain packaging supplies
• Support sales efforts including upselling and driving transactions where applicable
• Complete other duties as assigned by store leadership
• Collaborate with store team to maintain visual standards and store readiness
