Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate hired for the holiday period to support store operations across concierge, giftwrapping, cashier, greeter, and fitting room roles. The position involves delivering exceptional face to face customer service in a fast paced luxury retail environment with on the job training provided. Shifts include mornings afternoons evenings and weekends through late December with variable weekly hours up to 39.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as an ambassador for the brand
• Manage concierge and reception inquiries in person and respond to requests within 24 hours
• Perform giftwrapping to company standards
• Operate point of sale to ring up purchases collect payment and issue receipts
• Greet customers provide general information and direction
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and return stock to appropriate placement
• Assist sales staff with locating additional sizes and customer needs
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings during the holiday season
