Summary
Seasonal Associate supporting back-of-house store operations during the holiday season including stock, fulfillment, and visual merchandising tasks. Role includes order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and assembling displays to maintain luxury presentation standards across the store.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
- Locate product and package orders to company standards
- Replenish sales floor merchandise and maintain merchandising standards
- Maintain fitting rooms and assist with floor upkeep
- Assemble holiday fixtures and place signage and props per standards
- Rework presentations and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
- Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
- Perform other duties as assigned including overnight shift opportunities
Requirements
- Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move between store and back office
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder as required
- Availability to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during Oct 20 to Jan 10
- Flexibility to volunteer for overnight shifts during peak sales week
