Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting stock, fulfillment, and visual merchandising operations during the holiday period. Roles include order fulfillment, stock support, and visual merchandising to help maintain luxury presentation and meet customer needs. Positions are temporary for the holiday season with varied shifts including weekends and possible overnight opportunities during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
• Locate product and package items to company standards
• Replenish sales floor stock and maintain merchandising standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and support sales floor presentation
• Assemble holiday fixtures and place signage props and displays
• Re-work displays and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
• Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for periods and move between store and back office areas
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder as required
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Availability during the holiday season between October 20th and January 10th
