Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate hired for back-of-house roles supporting stock, fulfillment and visual merchandising during the holiday season. Position involves order fulfillment, stock support and assembling displays to maintain luxury store standards. Role is temporary for the peak season with variable shifts including mornings evenings weekends and potential overnight opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers following company packaging standards
• Locate product read orders and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Replenish sales floor merchandise and maintain visual standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with stock room organization
• Assemble holiday fixtures place signage props and displays per directives
• Rework presentations rotate stock and maintain window displays as needed
• Perform other back-of-house duties as assigned

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service focus
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for periods lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings evenings weekends
• Available for holiday season dates October 20 to January 10
• Willing to volunteer for additional overnight shifts during peak sales
