Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting back-of-house store operations during the holiday season. Roles include fulfillment, stock support, and visual merchandising to ensure timely order processing and luxury presentation standards. Positions run from October 20th to January 10th with variable shifts including mornings evenings weekends and possible overnight opportunities during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers meeting company packaging standards
• Locate product pick pack and prepare shipments for delivery
• Replenish sales floor merchandise and maintain luxury presentation standards
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and assist with customer needs as required
• Assemble and maintain holiday shop fixtures signage props and displays
• Rework presentations rotate stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for periods lift up to 30 lbs use a ladder and move display items
• Availability for a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Availability between October 20th and January 10th for the seasonal period
• Willingness to volunteer for overnight shifts during peak Black Friday week
