Seasonal Associate supporting stock, fulfillment, and visual merchandising operations during the holiday season. Role involves working behind the scenes to fulfill online orders, replenish sales floor stock, maintain fitting rooms, and assemble holiday displays while following company standards.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill online orders and process inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
- Read orders, locate product, and package to company standards
- Replenish product on the sales floor and maintain merchandising standards
- Maintain fitting rooms and assist with floor presentation upkeep
- Assemble holiday shop fixtures, place signage, props, and displays
- Rework presentations and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
- Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work overnight or extended shifts during peak sales periods as needed
Requirements
- Passion for the brand and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for periods and move between sales floor and back office
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder safely
- Availability for a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
- Available to work during the holiday season between October 20th and January 10th
- Willingness to volunteer for overnight shifts during peak events
