Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting back-of-house store operations during the holiday period. Role includes fulfillment, stock support, and visual merchandising to maintain luxury store standards and meet customer needs between October 20 and January 10.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers according to store standards
• Locate product and package items for shipment
• Replenish sales floor stock and maintain merchandising standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with floor presentation
• Assemble holiday fixtures and place signage and displays
• Rework presentations and rotate stock as merchandise sells down
• Maintain visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for periods and move between store and back office
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use a ladder
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Availability for holiday period October 20 to January 10 with possible overnight shifts
