Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting sales and giftwrapping during the holiday period, providing elevated customer service and assisting store teams. Roles include sales duties with potential commission and gift wrapping responsibilities to meet store standards. Positions are available full time or part time for the October to December holiday season. On the job training is provided and schedules include mornings afternoons evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and assist with their needs in assigned areas of the store
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and create an elevated shopping experience
• Refer customers to specialized sales or service colleagues as needed
• Perform gift wrapping and packaging to store standards and maintain supplies
• Support sales activities and potentially earn commission where applicable
• Collaborate with store team and perform other duties as assigned
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
