Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate provides front of house support during the holiday season delivering exceptional customer service through sales and gift wrapping. Roles may be full time or part time between October and late December and include on the job training in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and assist with their needs within assigned store areas
• Deliver extraordinary service and create elevated shopping experiences
• Refer customers to specialized team members when appropriate
• Wrap and package purchases to elevated store standards for gift wrapping roles
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure readiness throughout the day
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season
