Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate provides front of house support during the holiday season by delivering exceptional customer service in sales or giftwrapping roles. Positions may be full time or part time with variable weekly hours and may earn commission for sales roles. The role requires working a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends from late October through late December.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers providing a warm and helpful experience
• Assist customers with product selection within assigned store areas
• Refer customers to specialized staff when needed
• Perform giftwrapping and packaging to elevated store standards
• Maintain packaging supplies and ensure readiness throughout the day
• Support sales goals and opportunity to earn commission for sales roles
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store team
