Summary

Seasonal Associate provides front of house customer service during the holiday season, supporting sales and gift wrapping functions to deliver elevated luxury retail experiences. Roles are full time or part time for the seasonal period and involve collaboration with store teams to assist customers and maintain presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and assist with their needs on the sales floor
• Refer customers to specialized colleagues as required
• Perform gift wrapping and packaging to elevated store standards
• Maintain packaging supplies and presentation throughout the day
• Support other store duties as assigned
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Contribute to a positive team environment
