Summary

Seasonal Associates provide elevated customer service and support during the holiday season, working in sales and giftwrapping roles to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Positions are temporary for the holiday period with varied shifts including mornings evenings and weekends. Associates collaborate with store teams to maintain high standards of presentation and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in assigned store areas
• Provide excellent service and refer customers to specialized team members as needed
• Perform giftwrapping duties to company standards and maintain packaging supplies
• Support sales activities and contribute to store merchandising and presentation
• Complete other duties as assigned by store management
